Luke SMP – Store Terms

By purchasing any item from the Luke SMP webstore, you agree to the following terms:


1. Digital Goods

All items sold on the Luke SMP webstore are digital items for use on the Luke SMP Minecraft server.
This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Crate Keys (Basic, Rare, OP+)

  • Ranks (VIP, MVP)


2. No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.
Because these are digital goods, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Changed mind

  • Server resets or changes

  • Being banned or muted


3. Rank & Perk Removal

VIP, MVP, or any purchased perks may be revoked if you:

  • Break server rules

  • Abuse bugs or exploits

  • Harass or disrupt other players

Removal of ranks or perks does not entitle you to a refund.


4. Server Changes

Luke SMP may change the price of crates, rewards, ranks, or features at any time.


5. Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving items may result in:

  • Permanent removal of purchased items

  • Temporary or permanent server ban


6. Responsibility

It is your responsibility to:

  • Enter the correct Minecraft username

  • Ensure you are purchasing on the correct account

Luke SMP is not responsible for purchases made to the wrong account.


7. Acceptance

By completing a purchase on the Luke SMP webstore, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms as well as the in-game server rules.
